Gutter cleaning in Leesburg & Eustis, FLLeaves out. Water through.

Oak leaves, pine needles and roof grit cleared from your gutters and your downspouts.

Gutter Cleaning

Gutter Cleaning in Leesburg & Eustis, done properly.

Under a live oak or a stand of pines, gutters fill faster than most people expect.

Leaves, needles, pollen and grit from the roof settle into a mat that holds water.

Then the first big summer storm arrives, and the water has nowhere to go.

We clear the troughs and the downspouts so the whole system moves water again.

What you get

What the job includes.

Every estimate is free, and every one starts with Matt walking the house with you.

  1. Troughs cleared end to end

Leaves, needles, pollen and roof grit come out of every run, corner and outlet.

We go past the part you can see from the ground.

  2. Downspouts cleared too

A clean gutter over a clogged downspout still backs up and overflows.

We check each downspout and clear whatever is blocking it.

  3. A look at how it drains

Once the debris is out, we check that water moves toward the outlets and does not pool in the run.

  4. A heads-up on what we find

If we spot a loose hanger, a leaking seam or soft fascia, we show you.

You decide whether to fix it.

  5. Pairs with gutter guards

If the cleaning keeps coming back, guards can cut down the debris that gets in.

Ask us about leaf guards for your roofline.

Signs to watch for

Time to clean when:

  • Water spills over the front edge in a normal rain
  • Grass, weeds or seedlings are growing in the trough
  • Streaks run down the stucco or siding under the gutter
  • A downspout trickles or runs dry while the roof is pouring
  • Pine needles and leaves are packed along the gutter edge

Lake County

Oaks, pines and summer storms

Central Florida gets heavy storms from June through September.

One inch of rain on 1,000 sq ft of roof is about 623 gallons, and all of it heads for your gutters.

A clogged gutter sends that water over the edge, down the stucco and into the beds.

How often you need cleaning depends on the trees over your roof, so ask us what fits your home.

FAQ

Gutter Cleaning, answered.

Still unsure? Call or text (352) 782-8074.

How often should gutters be cleaned in Lake County?

It depends on the trees over your roof.

Heavy oaks and pines fill gutters faster than open sky does.

Tell us what is overhead and we will suggest a schedule.

What happens if I skip cleaning?

Water overflows the front edge, streaks the stucco and soaks the fascia.

It can also sit in the trough, which puts extra weight on the hangers.

Do you clear the downspouts too?

Yes.

A clean gutter feeding a blocked downspout still backs up, so we clear both.

If one will not clear, we will tell you what it needs.

Will gutter guards stop the cleaning?

Guards cut down the cleaning, but they do not end it.

Fine debris can still collect.

We can go over leaf guards at your free estimate.
